Locally Owned Since 1977. Dr. Jesper purchased the hospital in February of 2014. Prior to owning Hanover Green, Dr. Jesper spent 8 short years at Virginia Tech where he obtained his veterinary degree. Dr. Jesper then went into working in emergency medicine for 10 years
