Southside Equine Services is a full service ambulatory equine veterinarian practice, founded by Dr Randall Scarrow in 2004 and taken over by Dr Caroline Rossner in 2024, providing care to the following counties: Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Boydton, Buckingham, Campbell, Charlotte, Clarksville, Concord, Cumberland, Halifax, Lynchburg, Madison Heights, Mecklenburg, Nottoway Prince Edward, and South Boston. We are able to perform all diagnostics and treatments on the farm
