VSC was founded by D. Anke Langenbach in 2004 and has developed from a small mobile surgery service to its present-day size. Today the service includes three locations in Vienna, VA, Leesburg, VA and Gaithersburg, MD. Including full-scale surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and advanced imaging. We proudly host a team of over 70 passionate and dedicated individuals including board certified specialists, House officers, VTS certified technician, licensed technical teams, and caring and compassionate floor teams
