At the Animal Vision Center of Virginia, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality ophthalmic care available to animals of all shapes, sizes, species and breeds. Dr. Heather opened Animal Vision Center of Virginia in 2015. She now oversees two practice locations, in Chesapeake and in the historic Pembroke Manor House in Virginia Beach
