Dr. McKendry decided to start a mobile service in 2015, after years of caring for animals in the shelter environment, providing comprehensive medical care to the police K-9’s, and handling the forensic aspect of cruelty cases that occurred in the City of Virginia Beach. She enjoys going out into the community and providing services such as medical care and ultrasonography in the convenience of the pet owner’s home
