We provide services for horses of all sizes and disciplines as well as cattle, small ruminants, camelids, and pig patients. It is the passion of the veterinarians of TEC to provide a gold standard of care for all of their patients, while being an empathetic and compassionate source of knowledge for the owners. Our office staff is dedicated and knowledgeable, and always there to help our clients in any way they can
Dr. Gary Doxtater graduated from Michigan State Veterinary School in 1981. Soon after, his son Oliver was born and he moved to Williamsburg, Virginia to pursue his career. He joined the staff of Animal Clinic of Williamsburg, where he worked with both small and large animals; he soon found that working outdoors with farm animals was more to his liking. One year later, he started his own practice: Tidewater Equine Clinic
