OBVH is a warm and family-friendly veterinary practice that has been serving the Woodbridge community since 1984, when it was established by Dr. Thomas Kawasaki. In March 2015, Dr. Angela Scott took over ownership, continuing to build upon Dr. Kawasaki's legacy by delivering exceptional care for animals and fostering a strong, family-centered service marked by dedicated commitment
