Dr. Andrea Oas grew up right here in Snohomish County, earned her Doctorate from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and spent years doing the kind of hands-on surgical and dental work that most general practitioners send elsewhere. When she opened North Davies Veterinary Hospital, she built it around something simple: the kind of practice she always believed pet owners deserved
