Born in 1890, Carl Hjort would go on to graduate from the college of veterinary medicine at Washington State University in 1915. He founded Northwest Veterinary Clinic in 1917. In the 1940s, Northwest Veterinary Clinic occupied a building near where the Stanwood Middle School now sits and remained there for the next 20 years. We moved to our current location at 8500 Cedarhome Dr in 1964. Our facility was remodeled in 2017 to ensure we can continue to provide the cutting-edge quality of care that our clients have come to expect from Northwest Veterinary Clinic of Stanwood
