Overview

Welcome to the Osseo – Augusta Veterinary Clinic Since 1973 we have been helping your herds, pets, and critters live healthier, happier lives in the Osseo and Augusta, Wisconsin area. Call us when you need medical care on your dog or cat, herd health checks on your cattle, sheep or alpacas, or a dental float on your horse. We are a full-service experienced veterinarian team that knows how to provide the best care regardless of size

The Osseo vet Clinic was started by Dr. Tom Horel in 1973 and a few years later was combined with the Augusta Vet Clinic owned by Tom’s father Dr. J. T. Horel. In 1977 Dr. Jack Kolar joined the practice and by 1981 two more veterinarians had been added and the clinic moved to it’s current location. Dr. Linda Giese started in 1988. At this time the practice was 85% dairy and 15% small animal and equine work. Over time the caseload shifted to 50% dairy/equine and 50% small animal work. The back of the clinic was remodeled in 2000 to allow for better work flow for the small animal portion of the practice. In 2001 Dr. Nathan Norby joined the staff and Dr. Meg Mueller came on board in 2010
