Overview

Animal Urgent Care of Rocklin is the area's first dedicated walk-in veterinary urgent care clinic. No need to wait for an appointment, or resort to the ER. AUC Rocklin treats most illnesses, injuries, and minor emergencies in dogs and cats so your pet can feel better sooner! We were founded to address a need for convenient, efficient, and transparent pet health care in Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Loomis, Stanford Ranch, Whitney Ranch, Sun City, and neighboring communities. We fill the gap between your family vet and the emergency room!

Dr. Chey Bernal and Dr. Laura Bernal are a husband and wife team of emergency veterinarians with over 25 years combined experience in veterinary emergency care. They founded AUC Rocklin after years of treating many urgent care cases in the ER. They hope that AUC can fill 3 major needs in the community: the need for overloaded and overworked ER clinics to be able to refer non-emergency cases that still need urgent care; the need for family vet practices to have a convenient place to send trusted clients after hours; the need for pet owners to avoid waiting extended hours while critically ill patients (justifiably) get triaged ahead of them in the ER!
