Dr. Gutierrez was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela where he later obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree Summa Cum Laude from The Veterinary Science Faculty of La Universidad Del Zulia. Dr. Gutierrez has been practicing veterinarian medicine in South Florida for over 15 years
