Dr. Neal discovered his passion for veterinary medicine at an early age. Growing up, he spent countless hours on his grandparents' farm in West Tennessee, where he found peace and fulfillment in caring for their many animals. After graduating high school, he pursued his undergraduate studies at Alcorn State University in Mississippi before earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Following veterinary school, Dr. Neal gained experience in small animal care, emergency medicine, and shelter medicine while practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Eventually, he relocated to Georgia, where he worked in various veterinary settings across the Atlanta Metro Area, including Paws Atlanta, the Atlanta Humane Society, and several emergency veterinary clinics. During this time, Dr. Neal met Dr. Tim Montgomery and Mrs. Montgomery while working as a relief veterinarian. His experiences in Cumming, along with the warmth of the community, made a lasting impression on him. With their support, he fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a practice owner on November 8, 2022
