Dr. Amy Keltner Graduated from the University of Wisconsin Veterinary Doctoral Program in 2006. A Wisconsin native, she relocated to the area in 2008 working for another practice, in Oskaloosa. After establishing herself locally, she began building her own practice in 2011, opening in 2012. Her dream of clinic ownership finally came true
