Premier Veterinary Group Mundelein, formerly Premier Veterinary Group Grayslake, was established in 1998. In September 2009, Premier expanded its highly acclaimed Emergency and Specialty Services to a second location in Chicago. In 2013, Premier added a third location with the purchase of Emergency Vet Care South in Crestwood. After outgrowing the physical building, that location was closed when we expanded our services and opened our new Emergency and Specialty hospital in Orland Park. Premier Veterinary Group was one of the 4 groups that formed Ethos Veterinary Health in 2015. Our collective goal was to form a supportive national veterinary group with shared values and vision. Together, the team in Illinois and the rest of Ethos Vet look forward to providing value to our teams, the veterinary community, and our patients and clients
