Dr. Anne Sinclair opened Cat Sense in 1998. She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Her first year as a veterinarian was as a mixed animal veterinarian in Martinsville, Va. She determined that large animal medicine was not for her and moved to the Baltimore area. Dr. Anne Sinclair has practiced feline medicine exclusively since 1993. In 2004, she was certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Specialist in Feline Medicine, the first in the Greater Baltimore area. Dr. Sinclair re-qualified in Feline Medicine in 2024
