Dr. Kristen Vance created this facility with a simple yet powerful mission: deliver urgent veterinary care for cats and dogs with a 'patient first' approach. We prioritize rapid, effective service that treats every furry companion with the urgency they deserve. Compared to corporate ER veterinary hospitals, we offer a more affordable, transparent, personal, and attentive experience
Homeward Bound Veterinary Services Urgent Care was founded with one goal in mind: to bring the 'patient first' philosophy to urgent and emergency veterinary care in a way that feels personal, compassionate, and immediate. Our animal hospital was born from Homeward Bound Veterinary Services, which originally offered both general practice and urgent care for pets under one roof. As the demand for urgent services grew, it became clear to owner Dr. Kristen Vance that emergency treatment required its own dedicated space and attention. In 2025, Dr. Vance expanded by adding a brand-new facility for Homeward Bound Veterinary Services Urgent Care, giving pets and their owners faster service and focused care
