Summit Animal Hospital’s journey from inception to fruition was certainly an exciting one, one that was welcomed by the Eldersburg community. Prior to the construction of our facility, Dr. Felicia Neuman, with her years of experience in preventive and emergency veterinary care, became more and more aware of a need throughout her career. A need that not every hospital addresses the same way: the need for patient comfort. She always supported the philosophy of balancing high-quality veterinary care with low-stress methods to provide the best possible experience for every patient she meets. It was that perspective that now serves as the foundation of our veterinary hospital. We opened our doors to pet owners of the Eldersburg area in December 2015, just in time for Christmas
