Sykesville Veterinary Clinic has been serving this area since 1995 and was bought in 2002 by Dr. Ellen Colwell. Prior to purchasing SVC, Dr. Colwell was the primary veterinarian at Ellicott City Veterinary Clinic, where she built a large following of devoted clients who came to appreciate and rely on her dedication to quality, compassion, and personalized care
