Dr. Parr attended Michigan State University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Microbiology followed by his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. He was raised on a dairy farm in the Charlotte Area and returned here to practice when he graduated from veterinary school in 1994. He was a partner in a mixed animal practice before starting Michigan Large Animal Associates in 2005 in order to focus on Bovine and Equine medicine
