Sulphur Springs Veterinary Clinic is pleased to serve Manchester, MO and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide you and your pets with the best veterinary experience possible

Sulphur Springs Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1982 by Dr. James Irwin. Dr. Irwin initially had multiple practices but over time consolidated them down to just one location at Sulphur Springs and Big Bend. He was a pioneer in-house laboratory testing and laser surgery. He spoke and taught around the world on these subjects, in addition to practicing veterinary medicine for 50 years. In 2020, Dr. Irwin sold the practice to Dr. Gerred Knopf who continues his legacy of high quality care and excellent service for pets and their owners. Dr. Irwin is enjoying photography and travel in his retirement

Mission — We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet, and giving them the same loving attention and care
