What reviewers say
The 24-hour emergency hospital delivers life-saving interventions and critical care for pets facing acute trauma, poisonings, and severe medical crises. The clinical team frequently demonstrates deep compassion, thoroughness, and medical competence during high-stress situations, providing clear explanations and gentle support during euthanasia decisions. However, operations face significant friction, including extended wait times during peak hours, strict upfront payment policies, and inconsistent communication from support staff. While capability is high for stabilizing critical emergencies, pricing structures and financial requirements can create considerable distress for clients navigating urgent care.
