It was founded by Dr. Rebecca Tudor, a board-certified veterinary surgeon with more than 20 years of experience and the owner of Tarheel Veterinary Surgical Specialists, which has served the Triangle and surrounding communities since 2002. Dr. Tudor has been immersed in veterinary medicine since childhood, as her father was a veterinarian and her mother managed their animal hospital
