All Pets began with a simple request—and a big dream. In 2009, after working alongside the Humane Society for Greater Nashua for over a decade, they approached Dr. Magnuson with a unique opportunity: to open a veterinary hospital inside their shelter. She said yes, and All Pets Veterinary Hospital was born. We started small—just two exam rooms tucked into the shelter, where we cared for both shelter pets and beloved animals from the local community. Even in those early days, our mission was clear: provide compassionate, high-quality care that honored the human-animal bond. As word spread and trust grew, so did our little hospital. We quickly outgrew our original space and began the search for something bigger—something that could match the level of service we were providing. We found it at 25 Riverside Street, a former office building with potential. With a lot of vision (and even more renovation), we transformed it into a state-of-the-art, 5,000 sq ft hospital, opening our doors in October 2015. With six exam rooms, modern facilities, and space to breathe, we finally had a building that matched our care. At our open house, one comment stood out and has stayed with me ever since: “Now you have a hospital that looks like the kind of medicine you practice.” That simple statement meant everything. It’s been a wonderful journey—one rooted in service, growth, and connection with the Nashua community. From a small room in a shelter to a full-service hospital, All Pets is still guided by the same passion that started it all: conscious, compassionate care for every pet and every person who walks through our doors
