Overview

Care, Compassion, & Commitment FOR YOU AND YOUR PET

In 2010, Dr. Terri McCarty and her husband Craig brought a much-needed service to the Clifton area of Cincinnati – a beautiful, modern, state of the art veterinary hospital. They began their journey next door at what is now Petey’s Pet Stop. By 2015, with a quickly growing client base and an expanding team of staff, Howell Avenue Pet Hospital made the transition to our current building at 317 Howell Avenue. Good thing we stayed on Howell Avenue because Howell Avenue Pet Hospital is here to stay and is proud to serve the Clifton neighborhood and surrounding communities! Throughout the years, we have made renovations and improvements to our current building, along with upgraded equipment and technology throughout the hospital in order to provide the absolute best care for you and your pets. We navigated through the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to our amazing, dedicated staff, and never-ending support from our wonderful clients. We work hard every day to provide top-notch patient care and customer service! We want to say thank you to Clifton and the surrounding neighborhoods – we would not be here without you! We appreciate every holiday card and every early morning donut delivery. But most importantly, we appreciate the opportunity to provide care to the pets of Cincinnati. Through the happy times, the difficult times, and the sad times, your Howell Avenue Pet Hospital will be here for you. Thank you for choosing us to care for your furry family members!

Mission — Howell Avenue Pet Hospital strives to provide unsurpassed, personalized, compassionate care focused on excellence, integrity, respect, and continued commitment to our patients and their owners. Along with the highest quality medical and surgical care for our patients, we provide our clients with education and assistance in all aspects of animal care and ownership
