Dr Cline is a lifelong resident of Goldsby OK. He graduated from Norman High School in 1981. He attended Oklahoma University pursuing a Zoology degree when he was accepted into the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985, where he graduated with Honors, including the Upjohn Award for Outstanding Clinical Proficiency, in the spring of 1989. After working as an equine and mixed animal practitioner in other areas, Dr Cline returned home to Goldsby Oklahoma where he purchased what was once part of his families original homestead and built Southwest Veterinary Hospital, opening in the fall of 1993
