Overview
The fields of rehabilitation and chronic pain management are relatively new in veterinary medicine. While the recommendations of crate rest and pain meds are appropriate in some short-term situations, we are increasingly recognizing that there is so much more that we can do to manage pain better, get pets back to their normal daily activities faster, and boost the body's own healing mechanisms. We use a hands-on integrative approach, including acupuncture, shockwave, photobiomodulation (laser), manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and a few other modalities to help your pet regain independence, comfort, and quality of life. We have also done extensive training in the most up-to-date, multi-modal approaches to pain management, it is our passion!
