Doctors Jon Blumbergs and Randy Frey started Covenant Veterinary Care in 2019. Initially, it was an expansion of the housecall service started by Dr. Jon over 20 years earlier, called Pet Vet Express Mobile Services. Then, in January 2021, they opened the Covenant Veterinary Care clinic located in Marietta, PA. Dr. Frey retired at the end of 2023
