Animal Medical Center of Pennsylvania, LLC was established in 1998 by Dr. Christina Livingston as the Animal Medical Center of Central PA, located at 218 North Grove Street, Lock Haven. Within a few years, the practice outgrew this facility and expanded operations to the current location, 7996 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall under the name, Animal Medical Center of Nittany Valley. Animal Medical Center of Nittany Valley is now owned by Dr. Lance Kramer, VMD. In July 2022, after three years as an associate veterinarian, “Dr. Lance” purchased the practice from longtime owner, Dr. Christina Livingston
