Dr. Valerie Miller built Springettsbury Veterinary Center on vacant ground in 1990, and by the summer of 1993, the business had grown and the building was expanded. This practice is now known as East York Veterinary Center, which had another large expansion in 2009 resulting in the current 7,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility
