Overview
Veterinary clinic in El Paso Texas offering wide range of services for different animals including dogs and cats since 1995
Country Club Animal Clinic was established in 1995. The Country Club name was chosen because Dr. Harvey started the practice out of her home on Country Club Road in April of 1995, making house calls out of the back of a Honda hatchback. After starting as a house-call practice, primarily seeing birds and other exotics, within two months the practice quickly grew into a full-fledged general practice with dogs and cats. With the help of Matt and Debbie Koch, a permanent site was found at 5470 Doniphan Dr. The doors opened on Memorial Day of 1995

What reviewers say
Country Club Animal Clinic is a well-established veterinary practice in El Paso providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets, alongside convenient on-site boarding and grooming services. The primary veterinarian is widely celebrated for extensive experience, exceptional diagnostic skill, and genuine compassion, often taking extra time to research complex conditions and explain treatment plans thoroughly. The supportive technical and front-desk personnel generally cultivate a welcoming, patient-friendly environment that helps ease anxious animals and reassures owners during routine wellness visits, urgent medical matters, and sensitive end-of-life decisions. While most families experience smooth scheduling and attentive support, occasional challenges involve extended wait times during busy periods, variable communication from newer support staff, and elevated costs for certain specialized treatments or retail medications. Overall, the practice remains a trusted neighborhood staple for pet owners seeking dedicated, multi-species veterinary expertise.
