Sun City Veterinary Surgery Center (SCVSC) is located in El Paso, Texas. SCVSC is locally owned and directed by Dr. Edward Silverman. Dr. Silverman is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and the only Board Certified small animal surgeon in the western Texas & southern New Mexico region.
