East End Animal Surgery and Urgent Care was founded by Dr. Mackenzie Gallegos, a veterinarian with a background in shelter medicine, high-volume surgery, and emergency care. The clinic was built around a simple idea: A huge number of pets do not need either 'gold standard at any cost' or euthanasia as their only two options. Many families simply need: competent medicine, honest communication, practical treatment plans, and a veterinary team willing to try
