Owned and operated by Dr. Clint Owens IV, C4 Veterinary Hospital was born when Dr. Owens purchased Armstrong Animal Clinic in February of 2020. Dr. Owens is a native East Texan, raised on a farm in Gilmer, and son of Dr. Clint Owens III, a well-respected local veterinarian who retired in 2021
