Dr. Freed founded Freed Veterinary Hospital on August 6, 1973, after graduating from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He served as President of the Tidewater Veterinary Medical Association, the Greater Peninsula Veterinary Medical Association, and as the Peninsula Representative to the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Kutzer came to Freed Veterinary Hospital in 1993 after graduating from Ohio State University and has been the owner since 2002
