The Spay Neuter Incentive Program of West Virginia (dba SNIP WV) is the first high volume, low cost spay and neuter clinic in Morgantown. We aim to make spay and neuter procedures more accessible and affordable for the region. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the homeless pet population in West Virginia through affordable spay and neuter procedures
