In 1997 Dr. Patti Mahoney realized her vision by converting a turn-of-the-20th-century home here in downtown Johnstown into a full-service veterinary clinic. The idea of Full Circle Veterinary Care was born with the goal of supporting families in caring for their furry companions from the very moment they come home until it is time to say goodbye. After 25 years of care, Dr. Mahoney decided to hang up her stethoscope. It was the perfect opportunity for Dr. Merideth Early to take over the reins. She purchased Full Circle Veterinary Care in October of 2023 and began serving clients and pets with the same goal of complete, supportive veterinary care
