Overview

At Truss Vet, we’re reimagining the animal hospital experience and bridging a gap in care between general practices and emergency hospitals. The only way to do this was to pioneer a new category: veterinary urgent care. When you sense that something is wrong with your dog or cat, and it’s not a life-threatening emergency, come and see us. We offer same-day reservations, walk-in appointments and extended hours, open 10am to 10pm daily (closed Saturday)

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we watched as more than 26 million pets were adopted, and veterinary teams faced unprecedented demand. We’ve also been a part of dozens of veterinary clinics and felt like there was an opportunity to reimagine the traditional animal hospital experience. So we launched Truss Vet. Our name is a hat-tip to this idea that we’re bridging gaps in care and strengthening the Triangle community by supporting veterinary teams and pet owners alike (like a “truss” supports a bridge). We recognize that trusting us with the care of your dog or cat (a member of your family!) is a huge responsibility, and we don’t take it lightly. -Brad and CJ

Mission — We envision a more compassionate world where quality of life is elevated, where there is joy in the human-animal bond unencumbered by poor health, limited resources, or inadequate access to care
